Floating start times, but typically 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM and Rotating Days Off (Subject To Change) General Purpose: Proper sanitation of machinery and equipment throughout production room. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Properly clean, wash and sanitize RMC, extruder, curd tables, COP tanks and molds - Clean and sanitize drains - Complete drain logs - Clean outside of starter and product tanks - Clean and foam floors as needed - Clean brine surge tanks whenever required - Inspect PPE used for cleaning and report or replace any damaged equipment - Complete MS work order and MS logs accurately and in a timely manner - Complete special cleaning projects i.e. passivation of equipment - Fill portable foamers with correct chemicals - Fill secondary chemical jugs with correct chemicals daily - Ensure all chemical containers have proper and legible labels on them - Weigh, document and dispose of garbage cheese - Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues - Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive - Follow all DFA good manufacturing p...
