Grants and Engagement Advisor Reference number: 11093: Closing date: 11:00pm, Tuesday 14 April 2026 – Applications may be reviewed as they are received. - Permanent full-time position - Salary commencing at $85,114.74 per annum plus 12% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience - Monthly RDO available - Hybrid working arrangements available (3x days in the office, 2x days working from home) The Opportunity: The Grants and Engagement Advisor supports Council’s work to seek grants, assist teams in their grant reporting requirements, support the Community Grants program and engage with our community. Responsibilities: - Support the effective administration of Moonee Vally City Council grant seeking processes. - Support the administration of the Community Grants Program. - Support Council teams to deliver creative community engagement aligned with the Community Engagement Policy. - Support others and manage self to maintain up-to-date records using Council's record management systems.
