Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Enters and posts inventory control transactions such as raw material issues to manufacturing orders, inventory site transfers, bin assignments, and bin allocations, among others. Reconciles inventory control transactions to ensure accurate and real-time match between physical and virtual flow of goods. Reconciles stock status report to maintain accurate figures in real time in Great Plains inventory control module. Verifies and validates documentation in Warehouse Receiving Files and posts transactions accordingly in Great Plains. Archives receiving files and forwards them to Accounting for invoice match.
