JOB TITLE: Retread Technician Pay Rate: $18/hr: A Retread Technician performs functions from inspecting, preparing, and finishing in the remanufacturing of commercial tires in a variety of applications, from package delivery to food service distribution. These technicians are accountable for properly and safely performing a wide variety of services needed for all vehicle/commercial tires. Requirements: A Retread Technician must have the desire to perform above and beyond the requirements set forth in this job description. Adheres to the McCarthy Tire Service policies and standards. - High School Diploma or GED preferred. - Previous experience in manufacturing a plus, but we train. - Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner. - Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements. - Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team. - Must be goal oriented and able to consistently meet quality and production requirements. - Must possess a mechanical aptitude and energy.
