Job Description Position : Solutions Advisor: Reports To : Director, Customer Enablement Location : Chicago: Job Overview: The Solutions Advisor plays a key role in guiding customers through onboarding, workflow enablement, and ongoing adoption of Reveal solutions. This position blends technical expertise, consultative problem ‑ solving, and customer ‑ focused communication to help clients fully leverage the Reveal platform and achieve their operational goals. Responsibilities & Duties: - Lead customer onboarding, including platform configuration and workflow setup aligned to business objectives . - Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure customer teams are confident and effective using Reveal. - Analyze customer eDiscovery processes and recommend workflow improvements based on Reveal capabilities. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Support customers transitioning from other eDiscovery platforms, helping adapt processes and practices to Reveal. - Troubleshoot workflow challenges , collaborating with Support and Product teams as needed. - Educate customers on new features, updates, and recommend best practices. - Provi...
