This job is responsible for coordinating drug purchases for hospitals and associated departments within the health system. Responsible inventory best practices and standard operating procedures pharmacy department and ensures appropriate levels of inventory are maintained and available. Prepares for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities. Ensures the pharmacy maintains inventory compliance with state and local laws and organizes files and retains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations inventory activities.
