Join a Global Leader in Financial Technology – Become a Customer Engineer at NCR Atleos! - Job Title: Customer Engineer - Location: Halifax - Field Work - Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience - Hours: 42.5 per week across 5days with weekend work on rota basis MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site - Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region - Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements - Carry out work with adherence to the Health & Safety Policy - Role may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods - Full training and equipment provided.
