Job description

- Manage the day to day HR functions for the facility. - Interpret HR policies for staff and respond to staff at all levels of the organization. - Translate complex information and provide highly specialized advice in a specific Human Resources discipline. - Serve as known expert in subject matter with a broad knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas. - Manage and implement corporate and local Human Resources programs to fulfill state and federal policies and regulations. - Identify data needed for reports and ensure reports accurately capture and present information appropriate to the audience. - Communicate information to all levels of the facility, including leadership, staff and other community members. - Responsible for leading, motivating and assessing diverse teams, including experienced and junior professionals. - May lead projects that impact the facility at the request of leadership or corporate Human Resources. - Responsible for compensation, employee relations and worker’s compensation. - Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
