Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals. Summary: The On-Site Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling the logistical coordination of the organization’s DOT Regulated Vehicles, including Heavy Duty Diesel Tractor Trailer Units. Other duties include but are not limited to, performing periodic maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on dry vans, flatbeds, conestoga, and frameless dump trailers to ensure road readiness and safety compliance. The Tech may also perform DOT Annual Inspections, tire and wheel changes and flat tire repairs on trucks or trailers, lighting/electrical repairs, routine lubrications, brake adjustments, roof and structural repairs, door repairs, air system repairs, landing gear and other logistics business needs in all types of weather and conditions.
