Academic Req: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – 2-year Associate degree from accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work Certifications : First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – Six (6) months of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Supporting the Food Services Department, including support of the Food Services Supervisor to ensure all food services are implemented without concern. 2. Function as the Food Services Supervisor in his or her absence. 3. Maintain sanitary conditions in work and food service areas that meet or exceed all licensing and policy requirements. 4. Operate kitchen equipment and report any malfunctioning equipment immediately. 5. Produce a standard food product by weighing and measuring ingredients accurately. 6.
