Overview Chief Operating Officer: Cheshire Medical Center: Dartmouth Health: Dartmouth Health is pleased to announce a national search for the next Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire. Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a collaborative leader who can promote partnerships and guide the planning of both short- and long-term strategic goals. Successful candidates will be able to develop critical trust and will be passionate about mentoring developing leaders throughout the organization. Reporting primarily to the President and CEO of Cheshire Medical Center with a secondary reporting relationship to the Dartmouth Health System COO, the Cheshire COO will provide operational leadership for the hospital’s acute care services, ambulatory practices, IT, Marketing, Facilities, and all ancillary services. They will also work with other system leaders to execute Dartmouth Health integration efforts, particularly in terms of service line integration alongside the CMO and through assessments of the technological and financial systems at Cheshire.
