Industrial Relations Lead Company: Boeing Australia Holdings Pty Ltd Boeing Australia is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lead to play a key on-the-ground role supporting the Australian business, while partnering closely with our global International Labour Relations team. This is a senior hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, leading IR initiatives, shaping enterprise-wide strategy, and building strong relationships with employees, leaders, and unions. This role is based in Brisbane with hybrid working conditions. About the Role: - Leading the planning, preparation, management and execution of enterprise agreement negotiations - Advising on industrial instruments (including enterprise agreements and Modern Awards), legislative changes and obligations, disputes, and other workplace matters - Developing and managing relationships with unions and employee representatives - Co-ordinating and administering the organisation’s consultative forums - Supporting organisational change and transformation - Coaching leaders and delivering IR capability uplift - Collaborating with Legal and HR teams Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):...
