We’re looking for a (Senior) Chef de Partie who is ready to grow with us and contribute to what makes Flore special. What you'll do: As (Senior) Chef de Partie you work directly with Head Chef Bas van Kranen and take full responsibility for your station, from prep to service. You maintain our quality standards, guide junior colleagues and make sure your section runs smoothly every day. You keep a close eye on quality, consistency and waste. You communicate clearly with the rest of the kitchen, stay curious about new techniques and ingredients, and help create an environment where the team can develop and do their best work.
