Job Description: Industrial Engineer with practical, hands-on experience supporting day-to-day production. Strong background in Lean manufacturing, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Proven ability to work directly on the production floor to design, implement, and optimize production processes, equipment, and workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
