USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Sustainability Fellowship is a prestigious summer program designed to provide post-baccalaureate students (recent graduates and graduate students) with immersive, hands-on sustainability experience. Fellows are placed with municipal, educational, corporate, and non-profit partners to work on transformative sustainability projects with real-world impact. The Fellowship allows participants to develop specialized expertise while gaining mentorship from industry leaders. Post-Baccalaureate Fellows will apply advanced knowledge and skills to their designated projects, which may involve research, data analysis, community engagement, sustainability reporting, or policy development. This position is only open to candidates who have already been selected through the UNH Sustainability Institute’s internal recruitment process. Duties/Responsibilities: Project Implementation (50%): Develop recommendations or action plans based on project needs. Engage with stakeholders and community members as necessary.
