Job description

Drive and champion positive safety behaviours, enabling a proactive culture within QLD teams, to ensure overall HSEQ compliance with management system policies, management plans and procedures. This is a permanent role based out of our Northgate office in Brisbane, QLD. YOUR ROLE: - Deliver sustainable outcomes in HSE through visible leadership and significant personal contribution to HSE improvement strategies - Lead and implement initiatives focussed on safety culture - As part of the Queensland Management Team; involvement and engagement in the business strategy - Build trusting relationships with your team of HSE advisors and Delivery Teams offering your support and guidance - Lead, influence and utilise your HSEQ skills and experience to support project teams - Ensure HSE requirements, processes and systems are adhered to - Investigate incidents, accidents and injuries, and support return to work programs - Assist in the development, maintenance, and regular review of the Duratec HSE Management System - Participate and facilitate internal and external system audits, implementing corrective actions - Provide advice, input, and guidance in the review of HSE plans during tender s...
