As our Sales Team Leader , you won’t just oversee the sales process, you’ll be hands-on in guiding, coaching, and motivating our Sales Representatives to connect with families in a way that’s genuine, helpful, and results-driven. You’ll refine our sales approach, keep the team firing on all cylinders, and ensure every family feels confident and cared for as they begin their journey with us. We’re looking for an empathetic, organised, and goal-driven leader who brings a proven sales track record, experience mentoring others, and the ability to inspire a collaborative, student-first culture.
