Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team. As a CRS, you'll greet patients, manage check-in and check-out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co-pays. You’ll also support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
