As an U.S. Wellness On‑Site Services and Design Lead - Vice President within the Global Benefits team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of on-site wellness amenity offerings and projects and provide day to day operational oversight for U.S. fitness centers and related offerings. Job Responsibilities: - Create and maintain centralized design standards and approaches for wellness services, aligned with the global framework. - Represent the Benefits team in cross-functional planning sessions related to amenity offerings. - Support design and implementation of new U.S. on-site wellness amenities and projects - Collaborate with Real Estate, site leaders, Amenities Services, and Human Resources stakeholders to manage wellness projects. - Support vendor management for fitness centers and fitness-related programming; coordinate as needed with local delivery teams for day to day operations to maintain consistency of programs and measure success. - Monitor program performance, regulatory compliance, and marketplace trends; actively contribute t...
