Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience building AI-powered experiences in a consumer software product space. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience managing programs across multiple geographic locations and time zones. - Experience making data-driven decisions to enable quality hillclimbs and understanding of genAI prompting. - Ability to manage ambiguity and lead without authority in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to influence multiple executive stakeholders (e.g., directors) in a program space. - Excellent strategic judgment, with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, actionable, and measurable objectives.
