Responsibilities: - Be the thought partner of the business leader; Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans based on strategic initiatives, and transform goals into actionable plans; - Formulate go-to-market, merchant growth and merchandise strategy; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs; - Develop acquisition, assortment growth strategy and content growth strategy: define target prioritization, define key metrics and formulate strategy for various subcategories; - Lead key cross functional initiatives and special projects to deliver growth in selected areas; - Work with various teams across TikTok S...
