As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, PA, New York City or Pittsburgh, PA. Lead Role (Accountable Owner): The lead role is the end to end accountable owner for Credit Card change-in-terms initiatives, independently driving delivery from initiation, to strategy, through implementation across customer impact, systems, disclosures, and regulatory compliance. This role sets direction, makes key strategic and tactical decisions, manages cross functional dependencies with Legal, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Lines of Defense, and owns risk management, regulatory outcomes, and final delivery quality, ensuring changes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
