Description Indian Rocks Christian School (IRCS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to Teach in our Preschool. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Christ-centered education and a commitment to teaching from a biblical worldview while inspiring students academically and spiritually. To help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God in keeping with the Mission Statement. - Reflect the school's purpose: Honor Christ in every class and activity. - Lead students to a realization of their self-worth in Christ and help them grow in their faith. - Cooperate with Indian Rocks Christian School and Indian Rocks Baptist Church Administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the school's operation. - Teach classes as assigned, following the prescribed scope and sequence as scheduled by the Administration. - Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian Philosophy of Education throughout the curriculum and activities. - Maintain proper discipline in the classroom and school premises for an orderly learning...
