What We Are Looking For The Post-Award Research Administrator Manager plays a key management and supervisory role within the Office of the Vice Provost for Research by overseeing a team of Post-Award Research Administrators who serve as the subject matter experts and a strategic resource to departmental Business Offices that manage the day-to-day administration of sponsored programs. The Manager will lead the team in fostering a culture of collaboration, consistency, and continuous improvement, while also maintaining a small individual portfolio of awards. This position is eligible for remote work. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and ten years of experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
