The Quality Assurance Technician delivers results and leads by example as a key member of the Quality team. He/she represents Quality and the customers’ best interests to ensure Product Quality and process control throughout the product life cycle from design through post-delivery support. The “hands-on” QA Technician supports Quality compliance and performance across the value stream. He/she supports efforts to improve products and processes through applied Quality Sciences to increase efficiency, accuracy, and delivery of Quality excellence.
