Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop the requirements of a product/project from inception to conclusion. - Develop required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems. - Lead and coordinate with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters. - Work independently as a VTC Lead performing as shift lead duties for first, second, or third shifts, providing guidance and direction to VTC admins on the same shift in the VOC, VTC Operations Center. - Perform duties of VTC administrator while performing duties of junior engineer and/or VTC Lead. - Provide 24/7 support for critical service issues, including fault isolation, remediation, performance analysis, and incident management for DLA VTC infrastructure. - Actively monitor Flag, SES, GO, Synergy Sky, and secure calls; passively monitor non-Flag/SES/GO calls with active support as required. - Ensure proper setup and functionality of VTC meetings, with a focus on high-level events attended by FLAG/SES employees. - Provide Tier II technical support to VTC facilitators and troubleshoot connectivity, audio, or video issu...
