Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a Field Service Manager . The Field Service Manager will oversee our growing Field Service Team, which performs post-production warranty and upgrade work throughout the United States. RESPONSIBILITES: -Coordinate scheduling for field service needs with Project Managers on Gen and MEC divisions. -Provide required training for Field Service personnel as project needs evolve. -Equip Field Service personnel with tools and equipment required for projects. -Work with management team to develop hiring strategy to meet current demands and future business goals. -Manage the tracking and maintenance of vehicle fleet and equipment used by Field Service Technicians.
