I’m in the Right is looking for a commercially minded Vehicle Purchasing & Disposal Specialist to buy and sell vehicles across our fleet — with one clear objective: Deliver the best possible financial return on every vehicle asset. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role for someone who understands vehicle markets, knows how to negotiate, and can consistently extract value through smart buying, disciplined disposal, and strong supplier relationships. About the Role: You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of fleet vehicles — from acquisition through to disposal. You’ll operate within structured approval frameworks, but your value comes from market insight, supplier leverage, and judgement , not process administration.
