Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Preschool Director and/or Assistant Preschool Director. Supervision Exercised: Coaches and mentor’s Assistants and Aides to create team continuity and productivity in the classroom. JOB DESCRIPTION: Examples of Duties: The following examples of duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive. Teaches a comprehensive program to include Music, Art, Literacy, Math and Science that correspond to weekly themes and meets benchmarks for gross and fine motor, cognitive, linguistic, social and emotional skill development. Write weekly lesson plans and monthly newsletters. Maintains and arranges the appearance of the room following Human Services guidelines.
