Role: Program Manager, Housing Stability and Linkage Reports to: Assistant Director, Housing Stability and Linkage Program: 1700-Coordinated Entry System Department: Coordinated Entry Location: The Nest - 222 South Hill St. 7th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Setting: Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 3 Summary: The Program Manager for the Housing Stability and Linkage Team is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of a high-impact program, Renter Aid, designed to prevent homelessness and promote housing stability for renters across Los Angeles County. This role leads a multi-disciplinary team providing triage, assessment, resource navigation, and linkage to financial assistance and supportive services. The Program Manager ensures program compliance with funder requirements, and alignments with LACAHSA’s mission to expand equitable access to housing resources.
