Job DetailsJob Location: SHOREWOOD, IL 60604Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary/yearSenior Architect Shorewood, IL: The Will Group is seeking a licensed Senior Architect to lead K–12, commercial, and private-sector projects within an integrated architecture and engineering environment. In this role, you’ll guide projects from concept through construction, collaborate closely with in-house structural, civil, and MEP teams, and serve as a trusted partner to school districts, commercial clients, and private owners. Note: This role is based in Shorewood, IL and reports to the Director of Architecture in Mattoon, IL, collaborating closely across both locations. What You’ll Do: Lead architectural projects from programming through construction administration Translate client goals, budgets, and schedules into functional, code-compliant designs Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions Lead client meetings, design workshops, and stakeholder presentations Oversee construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site visits Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and constructability across projects What We’re...
