Key Responsibilities: Partners with leaders and associates across Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Procurement in development of framework for Third-Party Operations audit engagement management. Third-Party Operations Engagement Management: Partners with a wide range of business leaders (e.g., ERM, Finance, P&C Operations, NF Operations, Technology, 3rd party vendors) in identifying and assessing risks, evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency in business processes. Partners with management and the 2nd line risk functions to evaluate and advise on management oversight (e.g., KPIs, KRIs, reporting, SOC1/2 evaluations).
