Job description

As an IT Support Specialist , you will provide employee IT support and services in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Location: This position is based in the company’s Warsaw office. Domestic travel across Poland, along with occasional international trips may be required. Fluency in Polish is required for this position. As English is the company’s corporate language, a high level of proficiency in English is also mandatory. Your role: Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint; Installing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, workstations and limited network and system issues within a heterogeneous environment; Participating in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects; Recommending and specifying appropriate hardware and software solutions, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools; Conducting training programs designed to educa...
