Job Summary The Environmental Services Worker Lead is responsible for leading a team of environmental services workers to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of hospital or facility environments. This role includes overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, providing training and support to team members, and managing resources to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all areas of the facility.
