Early Career Rotational Program Associate – Engineering/Operations @ Southwest Cheese Launch your engineering or operations career with hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and real impact from day one. This 2-year rotational program is designed for recent college graduates who want to build technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll complete three rotations at our Southwest Cheese facility in Clovis, New Mexico, gaining exposure to engineering, operations, and leadership responsibilities while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth at Glanbia.
