Job Family: Medical Records Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Under the direction of the HIM Supervisor & HIM Director, the HIM Analyst will be responsible for the daily operations of the technical areas of the HIM Department including EHR Analysis/Monitoring Documentation Integrity within the EHR, Physician Suspension, Birth Certificates, Record Scanning, Release of Information, and Coordinating Record Review. The HIM Analyst may also be called upon to assist with the filing of HCAI data report information for Emergency Department and Hospital Inpatient Discharge Data and the filing of Newborn Screening Data for the California Department of Public Health.
