Job Title: Technical Writer What does a successful Technical Writer do at Fiserv? As a successful Technical Writer, you will assist with maintaining the Omaha Platform suite of 140 client-facing user reference manuals and 200 technical documentation manuals. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation such as pre-notification communications, instructional guides and reference manuals.
