Staff UX Designer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product design or UX. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. - Experience building design systems. - A portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions. - Excellent UX Visual design and product design skills in software products, across a broad set of software products and user personas.
