What You’ll Do: - Collaborate cross-functionally (Facilities & Engineering, Manufacturing, MSAT, CQV, Quality) to identify, analyze and resolve complex operational issues - Propose and implement effective, data-driven improvement strategies; monitor results and adjust KPIs/tools as needed - Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization - Supervise a cross-functional team (engineers, planners, technicians); develop skills matrices and succession plans - Coordinate and manage all aspects of the annual technical shutdown, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and system tracking in collaboration with the CMMS planner - Facilitate internal and cross-functional meetings; analyze...
