UNIT SUMMARY: This Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a 67 ‑bed, high‑acuity unit that practices patient‑ and family‑centered care while supporting a diverse adult patient population requiring an elevated level of monitoring and nursing expertise. Our team of highly motivated Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Telemetry Technicians works collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork, support, and clinical excellence. Nurses on this unit care for a wide range of complex patient populations, allowing them to strengthen advanced assessment and critical‑thinking skills while gaining exposure across multiple specialties.
