Performs duties required to assist health care professionals in the examination and treatment of patients, such as preparation of the patient and environment, conducting basic laboratory and medical tests, care of the patient post-treatment, and patient education. SECTION 2: Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities necessary to accomplish job functions) Must adhere to job description of General Dermatology Medical Assistant or LVN Train Medical Assistants and others; serve as a resource to other clinical staff.
