The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and machinery throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues, managing work orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires high technical proficiency, organizational skills, and leadership capabilities Accountability & Responsibilities: 1. Assemble, install, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components according to schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery as well as throughout the overall facility. 3.
