Organization: NCH-Novato Community Hospital Position Overview: Incorporates enterprise, operating unit, and regional guidance and direction into affiliate security program(s) to result in security services that are aligned, coherent, and operated in accordance with system standards. Provides leadership, direction and supervision to subordinate shift leads and frontline teams. Ensures effective synchronization of staffing, technology, and processes, to safeguard people, property, assets, and interests. EDUCATION: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Solid expertise in formal/structured security risk assessment methodology, including the ability to mitigate risk by synchronizing the efforts and capabilities of people, process, and technology. In-depth knowledge of building security staffing models; developing post/patrol strategies; effectively applying security technologies; and coherently blending all program elements with tailored processes to effectively manage risk within a clinical environment.
