This is a pivotal leadership role within our Accommodation and Respite services, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of CPA's group Shared Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Northern Beaches region. CPA operates close to 100 SIL houses across the Sydney & Hunter regions. As a House Manager, you'll guide and mentor a team of Disability Support Practitioners, ensuring clients receive unrivalled, high-quality care in a safe, welcoming home.
