The role serves as a subject matter expert within the Integration & Maintenance Engineering team, responsible for testing and integrating new software, hardware, and services into the Optus network, primarily across network infrastructure including firewall, proxy, security gateways, ELK stack, micro & macro segmentation . It also provides architecture, design and operational support , manages vendor issues, and supports fault resolution and integration deliverables, including after-hours work when required. The position demands strong independence, problem-solving skills, and a forward-thinking mindset with a focus on automation and modern testing approaches.
