Job Overview The Facilities Project Coordinator leads all Citadel-owned and -operated real estate and capital improvement projects, including construction, renovations, interior design, furniture, and relocation initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Property and Facilities Management and may assist with aspects of property management such as leases and contracts. The coordinator partners with internal business units to support Citadel’s values and brand promise, ensuring all projects align with building codes, quality standards, and brand expectations. The position is responsible for full lifecycle project management: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, contractor coordination, technical oversight, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects involving construction, renovations, furniture installation, interior design, and major maintenance. - Oversee project phases from inception through close-out, collaborating with other departments for resource planning. - Handle vendor sourcing and contractor bidding processes. - Develop, track, and manage project budgets and timelines. - Maintain effective communication channels with all projec...
