Our Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs on the Tank Farm, Warehouse, facilities, equipment, forklifts, trailers, and trucks. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Performs manual warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, rack identification, and replacement of light fixtures & light bulbs. May also trim trees and complete outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned. - Completes various welding and fabrication projects - Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections - Completes necessary research for non-standard maintenance & repairs requiring the purchase of materials and/or employment by outside contractors or vendors - Monitors progress of outside contractors to ensure timely and proper repairs - Provides guidance and assistance to less senior maintenance workers - Serve on company’s in-plant or off-site emergency response team - Performs required testing, repairs, and re-certification of IBCs - Comply with all company policies,...
