Position Purpose: The Senior Project Manager is an experienced project professional responsible for leading a combination of planning and execution of activities related to delivery of projects and/or financial/budgeting activity for their teams. Senior project leads take a people leadership role alongside being experienced at successful project delivery. When leading project delivery, Senior Project Leads will lead scoping, structuring, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. They are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and can work with 3rd party partners. They are often in a lead role supporting coordination and execution across multiple areas. When performing financial/budgeting activities they monitor and adjust to given budgets, track labor, capital spend, and support variance root cause analysis.
