Field Safety Manager

Signal Energy is searching for a Site Safety Manager for Solar Projects. This position is located at one of our sites across the United States. Reports to: Sr. Safety Manager: Works closely with: Project Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendents, Owners, & Subcontractors Activities/ Responsibilities/ Duties: - Acts as an advocate for Signal Energy, LLC by promoting company culture, policies and procedures and promoting a positive attitude towards the goals of each project. Must represent Signal Energy professionally with clients, subcontractors, local officials, and others at all times. - Implement and manage solar energy project Safety program for the construction of roads, foundations, high voltage electrical works, and solar arrays. - Work with the Safety Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to ensure that the needs of the field Safety program are being addressed. - Supervise one or more safety specialists. - Effectively perform audit, inspection, and surveillance activities in accordance with the project safety program. - Work with the project team that continuously assesses the Safety of the work performed, track and assure corrective actions are completed...
