ABOUT DIVISION 50: Division 50 is a Dubai-headquartered AI-powered sales infrastructure company. We design, recruit, deploy, and manage outsourced SDR, closer and sales executive teams for high-growth B2B companies expanding into new markets. Our platform combines proprietary AI recruitment technology with multilingual sales operations spanning 18+ European and MENA languages. We work with clients like The Secret Society, a London-based premium spirits brand scaling across Europe, and we are building our own internal sales function in parallel. THE ROLE: We are hiring a Head of Sales to own two parallel mandates: 1. Client Delivery (Outsourced Sales Teams) You will directly manage the outsourced Sales Executives and Closers deployed to client accounts, starting with The Secret Society (TSS). TSS is launching a pan-European expansion across 18 markets, and your team of multilingual sales executives and SDRs will be the revenue engine behind it. You own onboarding, coaching, quota-setting, pipeline reviews, and performance management for every rep we deploy, ensuring they hit activity and conversion targets from day one. 2.
